Your Commitment:

Weekly 1-hour workout + 1-hour coaching session on Mondays from 6:30-8:30pm on our private Facebook group video (recording sent out afterwards if you miss it).

Live Q&A call on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm on our private Facebook group to answer your questions about the workouts, coaching topic of the week, and your action steps (recorded but only online for 24 hours).

2 more workouts done on your own time throughout the week (you will repeat the workout we did on Monday).

8-10 minutes/day spent on journaling and your action steps for the week. Remember consistency creates habits!

Total Commitment: 6 hours/week! 6 hours of investment in your health and developing your self-awareness to create long-term, sustainable habits and change! 6 hours/week to change your life!
